A bit about me

Hi, I'm Tony, I’ve spent more than 25 years working in senior management, including over 10 years focused on dental practices. During that time I’ve worked with a wide range of practice owners and teams, helping them deal with the practical challenges that come with running a busy practice.

What I try to do is bring some clarity and structure to the business side of things. I’m not interested in grand theories or complicated plans — just sensible changes that help the practice run more smoothly and perform better, without disrupting the day-to-day work of the team.
