Tony has over 25 years of experience as a senior manager, with the last 10 years specialising in the business of dentistry. His expertise includes setting up new practices, tendering NHS contracts, converting practices to private, marketing, human resources planning, and building sustainable profit growth. Additionally, Tony regularly delivers CPD training to dental teams and leads several management forums.
Dental practice is a unique business often tailored around the owners’ original interpretations and preferences. There is rarely a common way of working and generally teams are flat out busy. With that in mind I recognise any form of intervention runs the risk of disruption and plan not to alter the critical day to day operations at any point without complete collaboration.
