Practice-specific styling and patient messaging.
Supporting your orthodontic patients between appointments
Orthodontic treatment does not just happen in the practice. Questions come up at home, in the evening, at weekends and between visits.
BraceHero gives patients and parents a simple support tool they can access 24 hours a day.
Patients may only see the practice every few weeks, but they are living with their brace every day.
They need help with brushing, elastics, retainers, soreness, broken brackets, appointment questions and knowing when to contact the practice.
BraceHero helps keep that support available when the practice is closed.
BraceHero can be adapted with your practice logo, colours, contact details and key guidance.

A simple, branded app that gives patients clear advice and reassurance throughout treatment.
"When's my next appointment?" "Can I change it?" "What do I do, my brace has broken?"
We introduced BraceHero to our pilot practice to allow patients to get those answers without making a call.
It's been live for a few months. Here's what's actually happened:
Patients downloaded it 394 times, without much push. Since then they've used it over 1,300 times — checking their next appointment (530 times), opening the appointment screen (447 times), sorting out changes, and looking up brace and elastics advice. Usage didn't fade after the initial curiosity, either — it went up between July and August.
That matters for two reasons.
First, patients actually use it. A lot of practice software gets downloaded once and forgotten. This one's being used as part of how patients manage their treatment — checking appointments, following oral health advice at home, working out what to do when something goes wrong with their brace, all without needing reception.
Second, it pays for itself before you've counted anything else. Patients are using the appointment-check feature over 200 times a month. If even half of those would otherwise have been a three-minute phone call, that's roughly 5.3 hours of reception time back every month — call it £80 at typical staffing cost. BraceHero costs £60 a month. One feature, used conservatively, more or less covers the bill. Everything else — the oral health support, the brace advice, the reinforcement of what you told them at consent — is on top of that, for free.
We're not pretending this transforms a practice. It's a modest, practical thing that takes pressure off reception and gives patients somewhere to go at 9pm when a wire's poking them, instead of waiting for you to open in the morning.
If that's useful to you, we can show you how it works in fifteen minutes, or you can just download it and see for yourself.
